Ensign Darrell Fenn is officer in the Winged Hussars human mercenary company.
He has served as the deck officer on flight deck of the EMS Pegasus. As of the events in A Pale Dawn, he is also a Raknar driver paired with Peanut. He is currently incarcerated by the Mercenary Guild.
When not in jail, he likes long walks on beaches blowing things up. He is also known for his Zuul outerwear.
