Coppsusa is a delicacy enjoyed by the Besquith.
It is a herbivore native to Bestald. Though it eats only plants, it is much like cape buffalo in temperament. Proper coppsusa can only be harvested by Besquith younglings without any weapons, who then race to serve it to the warriors with the blood still dripping.
Flash-freezing them is tricky, meaning Besquith warriors who are not on Bestald must pay a premium to get coppsusa moderately fresh.
