The Pendal are a race in the Galactic Union.
They are humanoid, about five feet tall, and they are fond of wearing capes and hoods. Their eyes are on either side of their head, above a central mouth. They have two sets of arms, the upper arms are used for heavier lifting and grasping, the lower arms are for finer manipulation.
They also possess empathic powers.
Their extra arms help them be extraordinary pilots.
