The Sirra'Kan Empire is the five system political system within the Galactic Union ruled by the Prime of the Sirra'Kan.
The Empire is made up of the Sirra'Kan with their systems of Te'Warri and Sirra'Kan, the Torvasi and their system Torva, the Blevin and their system Blev, and the Zeewie and their system Zeewie.
The Sirra’Kan saw how the Union was set up and figured the only way to be a successful race would be to make themselves strong enough that conquering them wouldn’t be worth the loss incurred in doing so. They happened upon a race that offered very little to the Union except Fighters. Instead of the Torvasi going out into the galaxy to fight for contracts, the Sirra'Kan made a deal with them. The Torvasi became the security forces for the Sirra'Kan Empire.
After they enlisted the Torvasi, the Sirra'Kan found the Zeewie system. The Zeewie readily accepted a role in the Empire, after being the victim of numerous attacks from various races over the previous decades. They had plenty of mineral resources, but were not technologically developed enough to get much out of it. They joined the Empire as a work force, and have not regretted that choice. There was one attempt to attack the Zeewie after they joined the empire, and the attackers were completely destroyed.
Blev was a strange acquisition. The Blevin were undeveloped, and the Sirra'Kan offered them a place in the empire in much the same role as the Zeewie. They refused to be a workforce and basically sold their planet, outright, to the Sirra'Kan for access to their technology. Afterward, they spread across the galaxy.
