The HecSha are one of the the 37 mercenary races in the Galactic Union.
They are generally bipedal, but will sometimes use appendages to move quickly. When upright, they average between five and six feet tall and resemble lizards with flat, wide heads. Their original species was known as the Hecfala.
They have many natural talents, and are sought for their 3-D tactical abilities and their natural piloting skills. They are also some of the Union's preeminent bio-engineers and cyberneticists. They used these skills for the Kahraman during the Great War as a servitor species.
They are also known for keeping slaves, usually in poor and harsh circumstances.
